Data we collect

Name, WhatsApp number, email, and community/business information you submit through our forms. We use Google services (Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager) for visit statistics, which store cookies (e.g. _ga) in your browser to anonymously recognise returning visits. You can refuse them via your browser cookie settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on.

Purpose

To process your applications and requests, contact you back, and send updates if you subscribe. Processing is based on your explicit consent on each form.

Security

Contact data is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM), board decree documents are private, and admin access is logged.

Retention

Rejected applications are deleted within 12 months of the decision.

Your rights

Under Indonesian Law No. 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection you may access, correct, and request deletion of your data. Contact us via the Contact page.
